Dissemination and Production Manager

Her passion for the circus arts and her desire to help artists develop and promote their projects led Chantal to join the La chouette diffusion team in April 2020.

Career
Working for 16 years as a programmer and coordinator of theatre, dance and circus festivals and events at the Centre Culturel Ancien Abattoir in Eupen, she was able to increase her expertise in the performing and street arts sector. Speaking German, French, English, Dutch and Spanish and with experience in dance, theatre and music, she has a great sensitivity for the arts, communication and languages.

Training
Chantal holds a Master’s degree in Germanic Languages and Literatures from the University of Liege.

Imbernon

Dissemination and Production Manager

Co-founder of La chouette diffusion, Cécile is committed to supporting emerging projects. Chosen for their creativity and the coherence of their projects, they contribute to national and international development.

Career
Cécile first worked as an audience relations officer for the Théâtre Massalia in Marseille and the Pôle Jeune Public in Toulon, then in the youth programming and cultural development of the Rio Loco festival in Toulouse. After a period in Belgium, she returned to Toulouse where she produced and distributed several shows with La chouette diffusion.

Training
Cécile has a master’s degree in Cultural Development from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Lille.

Myriam

Chekhemani

Administration and Production Manager

In 2005 Myriam almost accidentally launches into the audiovisual production in a young Venezuelan television that bet on emancipation rather than enslavement. Driven by this same idea, she turns naturally to culture when she arrives in Brussels in 2013.

Career
First Administration and production manager in the theater field, she joined La chouette diffusion in 2017 to accompany circus artists in the management and development of their project and their company.

Training
Myriam holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Rouen and a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University Paul Valéry in Montpellier.

Elisabeth

Maréchal

Tour logistics

Elisabeth loves contemporary circus for its poetry, its singularity and its dialogue with other artistic disciplines. It is to contribute to its circulation and influence that she joins La chouette diffusion when she settles in Brussels in February 2024.

Career
After internships with Out There Arts in Great Yarmouth, HH Producties in Amsterdam and a civic service at the Festival d’Aurillac, Elisabeth worked for 4 years as a mediation and communication officer at Moulin Fondu, Oposito – Centre national des arts de la rue et de l’espace public in Garges-lès-Gonesse.

Training
Elisabeth is a graduate of the Master’s program in Audience Development at the University of Rouen.
