Loïc Faure

Circus in a box.

On tour

Indoors – All audiences

Clos is the desire to summon disparate artists as archetypes of our madness, obsession, stubbornness and desire for the absolute. Acrobatics, juggling, contortion and live music are all invited on stage to narrate our labyrinthine paths towards a dreamt freedom. The protagonists will question the human condition: the possibility or the ability to be complete despite everything that might happen in a way unique to the circus and as always with a sense of humor.

Loïc Faure

Loïc Faure is a juggler, an acrobat with a clownish look, a Circus Man, a play character, shy or crazy, funny and offbeat. Child of Périgord, with Basque, Spanish, Breton and Yugoslav origins, he joined the flat country to complete his training at École Supérieure des Arts du Cirque de Bruxelles.
He founded the Compagnie Jongloic in 2013. After the creation of the solo Hom(m) in 2015, Loïc Faure continues his scenic experiments around the issue of boundaries, compartments in which we settle, boxes that enclose, cages that sometimes set us free. He is currently working on his second show CLOS (2018 creation), a piece for three acrobats and two musicians.
